We all know how hard it is to start eating healthy after binging on tons of food, especially after the festive seasons. No one really likes the idea of having to give up on all the delicious foods and snacks just to have it replaced by celery sticks, salads, brown rice etc.
If we are being completely honest, many of us have given up trying to eat healthy because we just craved that slice of pizza or that two for one Cadbury special.. No one said it was impossible though. One just needs to set goals that are achievable. Remember, whatever weight you gained was over a period of time. In the same way, you will lose it over a period. So even when following a healthy lifestyle, allow yourself to enjoy a treat now and again. V.Z xx
