If so, this post is definitely for you. So take out your dust covered workout journals, put on some gangsta rap and continue reading on my dear friend.
That intro paragraph, as disgusting as it might seem, was literally the story of my life about 10 days ago. With my gap year in full swing I really thought it best to eat my way to happiness (which sadly dismally failed). Instead I was left feeling sluggish, bloated and all round BLAH. So, in honor of my new found motivation I decided to write this awesome post on "8 Realistic Health and Fitness Tips".
