One thing Lindi and I can really agree on is our love for fitness and healthy living. Although we've both been kicked out of the gym (being 18 and an 'adult' definitely has it's downfalls) we still enjoy working out and telling each other about new workouts we've found online.
You don't need fancy machines to look good...and if not having a gym membership is your excuse for being lazy then you better start looking for a new excuse after you've read this. The rest of you who just keep complaining about how you just don't have time, don't worry we've got your back because this quick routine just have 6 exercises, so stop being lazy and go find those dusty takkies you've got hidden in your shoe cupboard. If you're STILL complaining about how hard it is, then I only have one last thing to say to you....matter of fact it's a quote and it goes like this " I hated every minute of training, but I said 'don't quite.
